Yinyasa
Release tension, renew your energy, and revitalize your body and mind with our Yinyasa class. This unique practice combines the deep, passive stretches of Yin Yoga with the dynamic, flowing movements of Vinyasa Yoga. Expect to feel relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated.
Beginner's Curative Yoga™
A beginner’s approach to our signature Curative Yoga™ series choreographed to bring discipline to the mind/body in a most natural and balanced way. Learn how to breath, concentrate and arrive at your spiritual, mental and physical bodies. Perfect for anyone new to yoga, returning to their mat after a hiatus, and/or recovering from an injury.
Core Strength Flow
Engage your core and build inner strength with a dynamic flow class focusing on core stabilization, balance, and empowerment. With options to use that empowerment to challenge the body with friendly arm balances and playful transitions. Find joy in your practice!
Hatha Vinyasa Flow
Experience the perfect blend of Curative’s Hatha Yoga postures, with longer holds to invite slower deep breaths that cultivate stillness in mind and body and dynamic Vinyasa Flow, where movement is synchronized with breath to create meditation in motion. Improve flexibility, build strength and tap into your inner wisdom with creative sequencing and intuitive movement that flows into a seamless, transformative practice.
Wild Embodiment
In this periodic workshop, you’ll be guided through a movement experience that connects you with your Feminine Energy and unlocks your Feminine Expression. You will have the opportunity to release energy and emotions that may be keeping you stuck in your relationships, career, and desires.
Breath + Sound
In this 1-hour specialty class, you’ll explore various breathing techniques paired with a unique musical journey designed to reduce stress, boost energy, and shift your state of consciousness. The session includes Holotropic breathwork, an accelerated and controlled breathing process, followed by a deep meditative sound bath featuring gongs, singing bowls, and chimes.
